THIS WINTER: Advanced Statistics in Psychology

If you are planning on applying to graduate programs in psychology you can plan on taking some advanced statistics courses. Prepare yourself and give your application a boost with
PSYC 498J - Advanced Statistics in Psychology.
Statistics, a field which has advanced considerably since the early 20th century, form the foundation of social science research. In this class, you will use a general and powerful (and free!) computer program, R, to learn about some modern analyses that could help you in graduate school. We will cover basic model comparison, parameter estimation, simulation methodology, and data visualization.
