Volunteer Research Assistant sought to help with a National Institute of Justice (NIJ) funded randomized, controlled trial of family mediation cases with high levels of intimate partner violence/abuse (IPV/A). The study is being conducted in the Family Mediation Program at the District of Columbia Superior Court’s Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division (Multi-Door). The position is immediately available.
Position Description: The position will not provide direct clinical training or experience but does involve interacting with individuals with high levels of intimate partner violence and abuse, interacting with project staff, and completing essential research tasks (e.g., data entry, photocopying, making phone calls). Renumeration: The position is unpaid. However, if you can make arrangements to do so, we are willing to work with your educational institution to provide you with credit hours that will count towards the completion of your degree.
