Hourly WageThe American Institutes for Research’s (AIR) Workforce and Training group has been at the forefront of applied research to enhance the performance of individuals and organizations. AIR, a not-for-profit research organization, has focused on this critical need for over 60 years since our founder, John Flanagan, began developing combat pilot selection procedures to identify candidates who were best suited for these high-stress jobs. Our experts apply research-based principles in developing the knowledge, tools, systems, and programs required for maximizing human and organizational potential in the 21st century.
Responsibilities:Support current and future project efforts in a variety of areas such as job analysis, personnel selection and certification, test development and validation, performance management, program evaluation, workplace surveys, training needs assessment, and training evaluation.
