NEW Peer-To-Peer Class Now Forming!
Peer to Peer is a FREE, 10 week education class that is designed to help people living with mental illness. This special class will focus on young adults (18yrs-28 yrs).
Each class:
- Helps participants pave a path to recovery
- Provides information on many topics, such as relationships, coping skills, addictions, and stigma
- Provides the opportunity to examine patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions in specific situations
When: Thursday, October 6 thru Thursday, Dec 15, 2011
