Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government Center for Public Leadership is hiring a full-time Research Fellow. The individual selected will work with Professor Todd Rogers on research at the intersection of education, psychology, judgment and decision-making, and behavioral economics. The Research Associate will work primarily on field and lab experiments designed to increase understanding of student motivation and achievement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-BA/BS degree; MA or PhD a plus
-Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a strong attention to detail
-Comfort and familiarity with K-12 schools and colleges (preferably experience teaching in disadvantaged communities)
-Strong writing and editing skills
-Ability to manage a small research team
-Comfort with Statistical Analysis and Software
-Technical familiarity with and/or facility in learning web-based programs, including survey instruments
-Skills creating and editing presentations
-Understanding of and familiarity with experimental design
