Active Minds at Maryland has co-sponsored with campus groups to bring you Stress Less Week, a week dedicated to mental health education and awareness! Stress Less Week is this week - April 17-22, 2016 - and each day will bring an event dedicated to a different facet of mental health. These events include the Out of the Darkness Walk for Suicide Prevention, a talk with Sergeant Kevin Briggs, a Veterans Panel, a panel of LGBTQ+ students, and of course our annual Stress Less Carnival!
