Maryland Neuroscience Society GBM #3: NACS Graduate Student Panel
& Upcoming Exec. Board Interviews
When: Tuesday, April 12th from 5pm-6pm
Where: JMZ0122
Description:
The Maryland Neuroscience Society's next general body meeting will be held this Tuesday, April 12th from 5pm-6pm at JMZ0122. For this GBM, they will be hosting several graduate students that will be giving short talks regarding their research in the field of neuroscience. Afterwards, they will be taking any questions you may have regarding either the path to graduate school or the research they have done! This will be a particularly good meeting to come to if you're interested in joining a research lab because they'll have personal experience with doing so, they can give you tips on how to join, and they may also serve as valuable connections for your journey in seeking a lab.
Furthermore, this meeting will be an important one to attend if you are considering applying for a position on the MNS Executive Board next year. Interviews for these positions are approaching so stay tuned!
Everyone is encouraged to come out!
