Congratulations to Frank Fonseca

Frank Fonseca with Assistant Director Lori Kader & BSOS Dean, Dr. John Townshend |
The Department of Psychology’s
Award for Excellence in Student Leadership goes to a student nominated by his or her peers for an outstanding commitment to advancing the opportunities and achievements of fellow psychology majors, students and community members. We are personally proud to announce that this year’s winner is Frank Fonseca.
In the words of one student who nominated him:
“Frank is the embodiment of student leadership. His empathetic nature drew him to the field, and even as a transfer student he has occupied several important positions, each concentrated in some aspect of helping other psychology majors (through academic advising, Psi Chi events, etc.) Frank is looked up to by many people in our senior class.”
Frank has volunteered his time in our Department and with BSOS to serve students any way he can, and in doing so has made our Department, our College and our students stronger.
Congratulations Frank!
