Bilingual undergraduate research assistant
Bilingual research assistant in English and Spanish needed to recruit Spanish-speaking Latino participants with depression. Duties also include screening participants for eligibility, engaging in differential diagnosis of depressive symptomatology, creating participant materials, conducting Structured Clinical Interviews to determine treatment progress. The study looks to test the efficacy of a depression treatment in depressed monolingual Spanish-speaking Latinos. We will evaluate the acceptability, feasibility, comprehensibility and overall satisfaction of the treatment in this group. Training will be provided.
