Become a Hotline Administrator for the HOPES Program!
Description:Responsibilities:
- Volunteer coordination
- Hotline caller management
- Facilitation of technical services including computers, telephones & telephone server
- New volunteer outreach and training
- Community outreach
- Ability to work some nights & weekends
- 30 hours/week, most of which can be scheduled flexibly
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Psychology or related field
- Requires excellent communication, time management & program evaluation skills
