Description:
Interested in the question of why people are motivated to pursue some goals but not others? The Motivated Cognition Lab is searching for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking students to join us as research assistants in the lab. As a research assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn about many aspects of research design and experimentation, as well as to earn a strong letter of recommendation if you do good work. Some previous psychology experience is preferred, but not necessary--we will teach you everything you need to know to work in the lab. Motivated Cognition Lab
Description:

Responsibilities:
-Recruiting and scheduling participants -Psychology experiment programming
-Literature reviews
-Running experiments
-Data entry
-Serving as a confederate in some experiments
Qualifications:
-10-15 hour per week commitment -Work hours flexible and can be arranged around class schedules
-Must be enthusiastic and reliable
